Action Heart Running Club

The Action Heart Running Club meets at the Action Heart Centre, C Block, Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley.

Training runs of varied routes and distances commence at 6.30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Advice on training and race preparation can be provided.

New members of all abilities are always welcome !
